Some years I imbibed to the brim with gusto', others I puked to the gut. If you are my age, by now we both know life is all slightly piquant, a little bit pickly, maybe bitter a bite or two, bland sometimes, and all too sweet and spicy- a whole saucy cauldron of boiling umami!
